Where is your shop located?
Our pro-store is located inside the Coomera Cubs Baseball Club clubhouse – 22 Riversdale Rd Oxenford.
Where are your Click & Collect locations?
During the checkout process you have the option to select pick-up from our store located at the Coomera Cubs Baseball Club.

When will my order be dispatched?
Base 2 Base Sports aims to dispatch your order within 24hrs of your order being placed.
How do orders get sent?
We use multiple courier services including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway & TNT. When requesting to ship to a PO Box, Australia Post will be used.
How long does it take to receive an order?

How do e-gift vouchers work?
On purchase you will be emailed your e-gift voucher which holds a unique code. Use that code at checkout. If you purchase is less than the value of the e-voucher the adjusted value is recorded and can be used on future purchases.
