Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale – Terms & Conditions (Australia)

Effective: 27 November, 12:00am AEST
Ends: 1 December, 11:59pm AEST

1. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to all retail customers shopping at Base 2 Base Sports (online or in-store, if applicable).
  • Offer valid for Australian shoppers only.

2. Offer Details

  • Customers receive 10% off storewide during the promotional period.
  • Discount applies automatically at checkout.
  • The offer is valid from 12:00am 27 November 2025 until 11:59pm 1 December 2025 (AEST).
  • The offer applies to the final sale price before shipping.

3. Exclusions

  • Gift cards are excluded.
  • Team or bulk orders may be excluded at our discretion.
  • Cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions unless specified.

4. Stock & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • No rainchecks will be offered on sold-out items.
  • Items added to cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard Base 2 Base Sports return policy applies.
  • Refunds will be processed at the discounted price actually paid, not the original RRP.
  • If an exchange is requested and the sale period has ended, the discount will not be reapplied to the new item.

6. Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates and times apply unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to increased order volume during the promotional period.

7. Order Adjustments

  • Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • If a customer forgets to apply a code (if applicable), the discount cannot be retroactively applied once the order is completed.

8. Price Protection for Recent Purchases

  • If you purchased an item within the last 5 days and that item has since gone on sale during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion, you are entitled to store credit equal to the discount amount.
  • Store credit will not be issued for purchases made more than five days before the promotion began.
  • Store credit cannot be converted into a refund.
  • Email our admin@base2base.com.au to claim your credit, order number required.

9. Misuse or Fraud

  • Base 2 Base Sports reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse the promotion in cases of misuse, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Promotion

  • Base 2 Base Sports may modify or cancel the promotion at any time if required due to system errors, unforeseen circumstances, or legal obligations.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.

 

 

Last Chance / Final Clearance – Terms & Conditions (Australia)

1. Applicability

  • These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to products listed in the “Last Chance” or Final Clearance collection on the Base 2 Base Sports website.
  • Items included in this collection are clearly marked as clearance or final sale.

2. Pricing & Availability

  • Clearance prices are final and represent the deepest markdowns available.
  • All items are available while stocks last.
  • Base 2 Base Sports reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders where necessary.

3. No Change-of-Mind Returns

  • All clearance products are sold on a final sale basis.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
  • This includes incorrect size selection, preference changes, or mistaken orders.

4. Statutory Consumer Rights

  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • For defective items:
    • Contact us as soon as possible.
    • Provide photos and order details for assessment.
    • If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

5. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
  • Orders are accepted from Australian customers only.
  • Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon dispatch.
  • Standard shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply.

6. General Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions operate in addition to our standard Terms of Use and Returns Policy.
  • Base 2 Base Sports may amend these terms at any time. Continued purchasing or use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
