PowerNet’s 1-year limited warranty coverage is as follows:
The frame, poles, metal, and composite parts are covered for manufacturer defects only and do not offer coverage for damages as a result of normal wear and tear.
PowerNet products are designed to be portable and taken down after each use. Any signs of our products being left outside for extended periods of time will not be covered under this limited warranty. Please be advised that PowerNet products are designed for recreational use, commercial use of our products voids the warranty. In these situations, a replacement part will be offered for purchase with a small shipping fee. Please replace defective parts immediately to prevent further damage.
Please note: Our nets and carry bags are covered from manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping on parts covered under PowerNet’s Limited Warranty is covered within 90 days of the original purchase date. If the buyer is outside of the 90 day period, a small shipping fee will apply when sending replacement parts under the warranty.
SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
When submitting a warranty claim we will need your invoice as proof of purchase, pictures of the defective item, and the PO tag number (if applicable) for our team to review. A member of our warranty team will determine if the claim is due to a manufacturing defect. Once your claim has been authorized, we will determine if payment for shipping is required, and process the warranty claim for shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to respond back to you.
